One Digital is not responsible for any damage suffered by users from using the services on the One Digital website. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by any act or omission of the vendor. This disclaimer also applies to any damages or injury caused by performance failures, negligence, defects, deletions, errors, omissions, interruptions, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, communication line failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, or any other cause of action.

One Digital takes "Full Responsibility" for your order if it has been shipped or packed to any of the major cities using "Private Courier Companies" to ship your order.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of One Digital.

Requests for order cancellations once placed on the One Digital website will not be entertained. Replacements or returns will be handled according to the conditions outlined in the shipping and returns section here.

One Digital reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. Payment will be refunded via NEFT/Net Banking/UPI within 2 working days, and the User will be informed accordingly.

If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (e.g., incorrect or incomplete name or address or recipient not available), any extra cost incurred by One Digital for re-delivery will be charged to the User who placed the order.

The User agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and true information. One Digital reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any time. If any User details are found to be wholly or partly untrue, One Digital has the right to reject the registration and bar the User from using the services of csb.onedigital.life without prior notice.

One Digital will not be liable for any type of credit card fraud. The responsibility for using a card fraudulently lies with the User, and the burden of proving otherwise rests exclusively with the User. Users must exclusively use their own cards on the site.

One Digital will not entertain any complaints once the order has been delivered.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
